Plan changes
An upgrade is immediate and prorated. A downgrade takes effect at the next billing period. After cancellation, a paid account moves to the permanent Free plan at period end.
Yes. Free is a permanent plan, not a time-limited offer. It includes one Instagram campaign and the current included monthly limits.
After the first successful paid subscription, Basic receives 400 AED, Growth receives 700 AED, and Pro receives 1,000 AED in wallet credit. The credit is granted once and cannot be withdrawn or refunded.
On paid plans, each approved creator deducts 100 AED from the merchant wallet. The fee is shown before confirmation.
A paid plan remains active until the end of its billing period, then the account moves to the permanent Free plan.
