Paid plans deduct 100 AED for each approved creator. First-month wallet credit is granted once after the first successful paid subscription. It is non-refundable and non-withdrawable.

Who chooses the creators?+
You do. The merchant reviews applications and approves the creators that fit the campaign. Expin provides the workflow and controls.
Is the Free plan permanent?+
Yes. Free is a permanent plan, not a time-limited offer. It includes one Instagram campaign and the current included monthly limits.
What happens when I approve a creator?+
On paid plans, each approved creator deducts 100 AED from the merchant wallet. The fee is shown before confirmation.
Which social platforms are included?+
Instagram campaigns are available across current plans. TikTok campaigns are available on Growth and Pro.
What happens if I cancel?+
A paid plan remains active until the end of its billing period, then the account moves to the permanent Free plan.
